Want a cool and fascinating activity to do with your little ones?
Look no further..... why not create some colour clouds!
All you need are a few simple resources and you have fun at your finger tips!
What you need
Some shaving foam ( the cheap stuff is fine! )
Some food colouring.... we used the primary colours.... my little munchkin was a little young but if doing the activity with older children it's a great visual way to introduce colour mixing! And finally you will need a glass, (we just used a pint glass)
Some pipettes or small squeezy bottles ( not essential but much easier to use to add the food colouring!)
Here's what you need to do:
Fill your glass 3/4 full with water
Fill the remainder with shaving foam
Squirt sone food colouring into the top of the shaving foam (we filled small squeezy bottles with the food colouring.... it made it much easier for little hands to use!)
What happens next?
Once you have added your food colouring on top of the shaving foam... sit back and watch the colours stream down and into the glass!
